About Us

Welcome to Open Door Detailing, Perth’s trusted name in professional car valeting and detailing. Founded by Samuel Gardiner, a local enthusiast with an eye for perfection, our business was born from a genuine passion for cars and a drive to raise the standard in the detailing industry.

From leaving school to launching Open Door Detailing, Samuel has dedicated himself to mastering the craft. Every vehicle, from cherished classics to high-performance supercars, is treated with the same precision, care, and attention to detail. Unlike larger operations, every job is carried out personally by Samuel, ensuring consistency, quality, and a truly tailored service.

Samuel now looks after over £2 million worth of vehicles every month, a figure that continues to grow as more clients place their trust in his meticulous approach and reputation for excellence.

Based in Perth, we’re proud to serve car owners across central Scotland, delivering results that speak for themselves. Our services are trusted by a wide range of customers, from corporations seeking regular fleet maintenance to weekend enthusiasts looking to protect their pride and joy with a ceramic coating.

Our Mission

At Open Door Detailing, our mission is simple: to deliver exceptional detailing services with a personal touch. We believe in quality over quantity, taking the time to do things properly, using the best products and techniques, and always putting the customer first.

Where many valeting services cut corners, we go the extra mile. Whether it’s a maintenance wash or a full paint correction, we aim to restore and protect your car to the highest possible standard.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I hadn’t had my car valeted before so wasn’t sure what to expect, but Samuel exceeded any expectations. The car looks like it’s just come from the showroom, beautifully finished to an exceptionally high standard, and at a reasonable price. Thanks Samuel.
